Speak to our team →What's the difference between CPCS and NPORS?
Both are recognised plant operator training and card schemes, but employers and sites may specify particular requirements. Tell us the machine and the sites you work on, and we'll help identify a suitable training or testing route.
Can you train experienced operators without a full novice course?
Many plant categories offer experienced operator assessments or test-only options. Eligibility and preparation depend on the course and accrediting scheme.
Do you offer training at our workplace?
Yes, many courses can be delivered at your site, subject to suitable equipment, facilities and a safe training environment. We also run courses at our Thirsk centre.
Can I book a course even if no dates are shown?
Absolutely. Tell us what you need and roughly when, and we'll confirm the next dates or discuss arranging a dedicated session for your team.
Can you help with CSCS and site safety requirements?
We can discuss NPORS awareness training, CPCS pathways and guidance on CSCS card applications. The correct qualification and test requirements depend on the card you need; please confirm eligibility with the issuing scheme before booking.
